This episode is 100% complete with a medium audio upgrade, AFI are making their second of four appearances during the Adam era, and their second of three appearances within a 12 month window. Once again Davey and Jade prove to be fantastic guests, truly understanding their role on the show and Adam’s humor. As a huge AFI fan, there was nothing cooler than the band being embraced by LoveLine in a similar way that the show supported Bad Religion. Adam explains the origin of the “mason jar” calls, explains his theme song and manages to pull off the ‘I Disappear’ intro move. A true Sleeper Classic of the highest order.
