This is the “new” style of Best Of that Loveline would present when the show’s staff were on vacation and for holiday breaks. The show starts out with a new intro from the guys before the first segment with Tyra Banks from CLL #665 with aired on 04/16/1998. The second segment with the band Fastball from CLL #631 the night Adam decided on a female listener to drive him to the airport the next morning, this may be a lost clip that didn’t air in the version played prior that needs to edited back into the show. The next segment is Dicky Barrett from CLL #290 which was recorded on 09/26/1996 or it’s from another lost 1997 or 1998 episode. Then it’s CLL #348 from 01/28/1997 with David Arquette and Minnie Driver which aired in the old CLL feed. The next segment is from CLL #515 with Fiona Apple which was recorded on 09/18/1997 and aired in the old feed as well. The final segment is from Andy Dick’s lost LL radio show debut, they mention a 15yr old in studio who was documenting the show for a story, which could possibly help triangulate the recording date.
